Our strategy is to continue adding value to the supply chain and pursue alliances to achieve the most optimal financial return on large-scale energy and engineering projects, including:

• Financial advisory and projections, and engaging banks and financial institutions and for financing

• Sourcing for equipment and identifying optimal specifications, and negotiation on delivery and logistics

• Advise on strategies and tactics of its participation in public tendering or selected invitations

• Review and assist on documentation, local laws, regulations, customs clearance, import and export of equipment, plant and materials, land transportation and marine shipment

• Recruitment and employment (work visa and residence permit) locally

• Assist to collect and sort out information of local taxation including custom duties, royalties, stamp dues, value add tax, sales tax, income tax and any other taxes, fees, dues or compulsory levies imposed by governmental authorities in relation to the performance of the contract for the relevant projects.

 

Michael Fawdry is the Chief Executive Engineer of Olympus Energy and has 30 years’ experience in financial advisory, project finance, developing strategies and tactics of participation in the public tendering process for contract negotiation, and acting as an enabler to develop competitive and viable tenders.
